1、產(chǎn)品量程選擇:
為了使產(chǎn)品精度、壽命、穩(wěn)定性等功能達(dá)到最佳效果,產(chǎn)品的量程選擇參照以下公式計(jì)算:
量程 = 系統(tǒng)最大壓力 X (1.2-1.5)倍;
產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際測(cè)量壓力范圍,應(yīng)該在量程范圍的15%-80%;
2、產(chǎn)品供電及輸出:
供電范圍;直流12-30VDC;
PNP開(kāi)關(guān)型和NPN開(kāi)關(guān)型的控制電路的區(qū)別;
PNP及NPN開(kāi)關(guān)量輸出的帶負(fù)載能力,驅(qū)動(dòng)電流小于1.2A;
是否需要帶4-20mA變送輸出;
3、用戶要了解產(chǎn)品的測(cè)量介質(zhì)特性:
介質(zhì)規(guī)格、介質(zhì)溫度、介質(zhì)純度(是否含有雜質(zhì)或顆粒等);
4、用戶要了解產(chǎn)品的安裝環(huán)境及安裝方式:
室內(nèi)或室外安裝;
環(huán)境溫度;
要求的密封等級(jí);

常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題
錯(cuò)誤代碼
如果因使用不當(dāng)或儀表內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),儀表會(huì)顯示故障碼,并停止開(kāi)關(guān)量與模擬的輸出,并閃爍顯示提示用戶及時(shí)檢修,各故障碼含義如下:
Er01---開(kāi)關(guān)1輸出短路,出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤輸出關(guān)閉且再不控制。
措施:排除短路后,重新上電
Er02---開(kāi)關(guān)2輸出短路,出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤輸出關(guān)閉且再不控制。
措施:排除短路后,重新上電
Er12---開(kāi)關(guān)1/2輸出同時(shí)短路,出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤輸出關(guān)閉且再不控制。
措施:排除短路后,重新上電。
ErEP---EEPROM數(shù)據(jù)校驗(yàn)出錯(cuò),可能原因是強(qiáng)烈的電磁干擾或者某個(gè)器件故障。
措施:斷電后重新上電,或者進(jìn)入高級(jí)用戶菜單恢復(fù)工廠設(shè)置。
ErAd---儀表內(nèi)部模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換出錯(cuò),可能原因是強(qiáng)烈的電磁干擾或者某個(gè)器件故障。
措施:排除電磁干擾,儀表殼體合理接地。
若以上故障碼出現(xiàn),經(jīng)排查檢測(cè)重新上電如仍舊無(wú)法正常工作,請(qǐng)與我公司聯(lián)系。
Error code
In case of improper use or internal failure of the instrument, the instrument will display the fault code, stop the switching value and analog output, and flash the display to prompt the user to repair in time. The meaning of each fault code is as follows:
Er01 --- the output of switch 1 is short circuited. In case of error, the output is closed and it is not controlled again.
Measure: after removing the short circuit, power on again
Er02 --- the output of switch 2 is short circuited. In case of error, the output will be closed and will not be controlled again.
Measure: after removing the short circuit, power on again
Er12 --- the output of 1 / 2 switch is short circuited at the same time, and the wrong output is closed without control.
Measure: after removing the short circuit, power on again.
EREP -- EEPROM data verification error, which may be caused by strong electromagnetic interference or a device failure.
Action: power on again after power failure, or enter advanced user menu to restore factory settings.
ERAD --- internal analog-to-digital conversion error of the instrument, which may be caused by strong electromagnetic interference or a device failure.
Measures: eliminate electromagnetic interference and properly ground the instrument shell.
